Stavelot Abbey: A meeting place for Anne Frank and Guillaume Apollinaire.

Guillaume Apollinaire and Anne Frank '....shall not see each other ever...' as he wrote in his poem 'L' Adieu',but the most significant poet, novelist, play writer and critic art of the early 20th century in his youth lived also in Stavelot Abbey in Belgium.Self-sufficient to the Walloon dialect Apollinaire wrote poetry during his stay to Stavelot lot of which has survived. Salmchateau Village de Victor Hugo.

Victor Hugo. 1802-1885. One of the greatest and best known Frensh writers allover the world.

Victor's Hugo first historic visit to Salmchateau took place in 1860. The famous writer of the social contract as it's also entitled 'Le Miserables'  who had finished and published around two years later he could not be really pacified far away of that place for along time..  The old Madeleine Bridge as was in the past when Hugo's footsteps.. were walking around there.. 'Joan Miro didn't afraid the death and silence even his footsteps echoed in it...Silence was rule and regulation when he was working.
